In 2019, we found ourselves calling a 220-year-old dairy farm home. We arrived with three little boys all under the age of two and hearts full of hope. This land spoke to us—telling stories of what once was, and whispering what could be again. What followed were seasons of learning, stretching, and trusting God through countless hours of hard work, muddy boots, and more blessings than we can count. Today, as a family of six, this land has become both our teacher and our calling.

Rooted in Grace was born in 2024 from a desire to slow down, live simply, and raise our children with hands in the soil and hearts grounded in faith. We believe there is something sacred about tending the earth—that when we are willing to do the work, we will see God’s grace everywhere. In every muddy footprint, every seed sown, every flower that blooms, and in every moment in between.

We hope this farm feels like an invitation: to rest, to gather, to celebrate life’s moments, and to reconnect with the goodness woven throughout creation.
